CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) is a condition that has emerged in the last dozen years or so. Symptoms can be depression, chronic, or clinical, aching muscles / joints, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, fever, headaches, intestinal problems, irritability, jaundice, loss of appetite, mood swings, muscle spasms, recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, sensitivity to light / heat, sleep disorders, sore throat, swollen glands and most of all extreme and often disabling fatigue.

A general blood exam won't help much. A more specific test needs to be done, including viral testing such as:

1) AIDS

2)Epstein-Barr (EBV)

3) CMV virus

4) Candida albicans (This will require a culture)

Needless to say if you test positive to the first virus you will need extensive medical help.

The last three items can be brought under control with natural meds and supplements
